Cessna T207
Conversion Offering
Our engine upgrades for Cessna T207 and T207A models replace the turbocharged TSIO-520 with a normally aspirated IO-550 F engine. This conversion maintains the standard 207’s service ceiling while eliminating the high maintenance costs of a turbo system.
The upgrade includes a “deturbo” parts package with additional induction modifications and a switch to a standard exhaust system.
Propeller Kit Package Includes:
- New propeller, spinner assembly, tachometer, MP/FF gauge, silicone baffling, shock mounts, firewall-forward hoses (firesleeving optional), hardware, placards, and STC paperwork
- A partial kit is available if you already have a compatible propeller
We also offer a propeller-only option now, with the full IO-550 engine upgrade available later. This allows you to spread the conversion over time and align it with your TBO.
*Note: Long hub propellers can be installed on the T207’s if the CG needs to be moved forward after removing the weight of the turbo charged system. Hartzell propeller installation uses a spinner extension. McCauley options uses a different Cessna spinner.
